RFID card readers
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) card readers are devices that use radio waves to read data stored on an RFID tag or card. These systems are widely used for access control, attendance tracking, inventory management, and more.
How RFID Readers Work
- The RFID reader emits a radio signal.
- An RFID card/tag (which contains a small chip and antenna) receives the signal and sends back its unique ID or stored data.
- The reader interprets the signal and passes it to a system (e.g., door lock, attendance software, database).
